and then you don't show up today for me to see it. i need a post it like that for parsva d. only it would say 'feet' or 'ass' and i would have to stick it to whomever is to the sides of me. i don't think alfia or kelly would mind.
Congrats! I'm not sure if you know that dropbacks were my nemesis - it took me a year and a half to develop the courage, and for my body to figure out the standing-up mechanism!
And then sometimes, there's beauty in the simplicity.
Hi Portside Congratulations. you mean you put that post it on the wall at the floor so you could mentally process where the floor was when dropping? he he. i can just imagine my bringing a post it note to the shala and my teacher wondering about this new prop, now that i'm playing with straps and blocks. ha! but it could work. hugs Arturo
OOOH! Anna! A new pair of shoes would be fab - I hadn't thought about doing that, I did just see a great pair of Campers on sale.
And yes, Arturo. That is exactly why I put the post-it there. :) It also helped me to not make my drop back so tight, which I have a tendency to do. It couldn't hurt to try!
Ekam inhale and taking that next step, letting the path be the guide. And for those of you who remember me from before, now rockin' the Chuck T's...most of the time...

I totally would not mind. Cover me with sticky notes, baby! :D
Congrats, Portside! I knew you could do it. In fact, I saw you do it, so there was no a hint of a doubt. Good job!

Do you get a new pair of shoes as a prize?
